Designed by Nano Design, Torel Saboaria’s interiors beautifully merge modern comfort with the rich history of the building. The hotel’s design celebrates the tradition of handcrafted soap, incorporating elements of the process into each space. From the use of natural materials like terracotta and basketwork to the calming presence of fragrances, every detail is thoughtfully curated.
The design team drew inspiration from the building’s storied past, honoring its connection to Porto’s artisanal heritage. The interiors are a serene blend of calming tones, natural textures, and traditional craftsmanship, creating an atmosphere that invites relaxation and reflection.
Torel Saboaria embraces local production and artisanal techniques, working with Portuguese artisans and suppliers to preserve the authenticity and charm of the space.
